Fees are available upon initial contact and consultation. Longer sessions are also available and my fees prorated.
My fee for a comprehensive psychological evaluation ranges depending on the depth of assessment necessary. A tentative fee schedule is available following initial consultation regarding diagnostic questions.
I am not currently a provider for any insurance companies, but provide insurance formatted invoices for out-of-network insurance submission. Your health insurance providers may or may not help you pay for these charges and clients are generally encouraged to pay at the time of service and to file for insurance reimbursement.
Office hours vary and are by appointment only. Please schedule by phone or email. Therapy sessions are 50-minutes in length.
